Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven

    • Preheat oven to 160°C.


  2. Make the honey mixture

    • Melt butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan till bubbles.
    • Remove from heat.

  3. Coat the cornflakes

    • Stir cornflakes, almond flakes and sesame seeds into the honey mixture.

  4. Bake the cups

    • Fill the mini cups with evenly coated cornflakes.
    • Bake for 10 mins till golden brown.

Let cool completely to allow the cornflakes to set and stick together.
