4 cups vegetable or canola oil for frying
1 cup water
½ cup salted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
chilli chocolate sauce:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp chilli powder
1 bird eye chilli (sliced thinly)
Serve churros with warm chilli chocolate sauce.
