  • 125 g unsalted butter

Chocolate Potato Chip Cookies

Chocolate. Potato Chips. Two very sinfully delicious ingredients. Now all in one cookie. A little bit of crunch, a little bit of soft, gooeyness. What's more to love? Just our chocolate potato chip cookies.

Instructions

  1. Mix wet ingredients

    • Using a stand mixer or handheld mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy. 
    • Scrape down the bowl and add the egg and vanilla extract. 
    • Beat for 1 minute more.


  2. Mix dry ingredients

    • In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. 
    • Add these dry ingredients to the butter and egg mixture and mix until just combined.
    • Fold in the chocolate chips and 1/3 of the crushed potato chips. Scoop out even spoonfuls onto two lined baking trays, and press the remaining crushed potato chipsonto the tops of the cookies.


  3. Bake the cookies

    Bake for 10-12 minutes, until crispy on top but still fudgy and soft in the middle. Leave to cool on a rack.



Plate and Serve!

Serve with milk.
