100 g almond flour
40 g erythritol (any keto friendly sweetener)
10 g sweetener (for dusting of donuts)
8 g baking powder
8 g cinnamon powder
2 g salt
60 g unsalted butter (melted)
60 g almond milk (unsweetened)
2 eggs
4 g vanilla extract
chocolate ganache:
150 g 70% dark chocolate chips unsweetened
100 ml heavy cream 35% fat
| Tip:
There are many types of artificial sweetener, but to take note of the ratio sweetness. It varies from different brands. The one used in this recipe has the same sweetness as normal sugar, please adjust the amount according to the sugar you use.
Pour mixture into pre-oiled baking mould.
| Tip:
Fill the mixture in the mould up to ¾ to avoid over spilling while baking.
Serve donuts with sweetener dustings on top and serve.
