Chocolate Bowl Cake

Chocolate Bowl Cake is an easy-simple-scrumptious sweet treat for tea break. Only 2 ingredients needed and 3 easy steps to complete the dish within 7minutes. It is simply amazing!

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate bowl cake

    • Place 6 chocolate sandwich cookies with cream filling in a bowl (microwave –safe), add 60ml. of milk, crush them and mix until well combined. 
    • Cook in microwave for 70 seconds.

  2. Ice cake

    • Prepare a piece of paper/baking paper/cardboard that is big enough to cover the opening of bowl. 
    • Draw a heart shape at the centre of paper and cut the shape out to make a stencil
    • Remove the cake from microwave, cover the top with the stencil. Sieve icing sugar on the exposed cake surface.
    Ice cake


  3. Garnish with mandarin oranges

    • Insert the tip of knife to the centre of mandarin orange, make downward V shaped incisions all around the mandarin orange. 
    • Gently twist and pull the mandarin orange apart.
