175 grams of low protein flour or cookie flour
125 grams of softened butter
100 grams of Edam cheese, grated
2 egg yolks
50 grams of grated cheddar cheese for garnishing
1 egg yolk for garnishing
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 170°C.
Mix the butter and egg yolks until well combined.
Add the Edam cheese. Stir it until it is well mixed.
Then add the flour and stir to combine.
Take a teaspoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Then, shape the dough into a rectangle or any other shape you like.
