120 ml rice vinegar
2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
60 ml soy sauce
60 ml mirin (from above)
40 g brown sugar
¼ tsp grated garlic
15 g potato starch
30 ml water
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp mirin (from top)
1 tsp honey
In a saucepan, add rice vinegar and honey.
Put it over low heat and stir until honey is dissolve.
Cool and store.
Mix potato starch in water and stir until mixture smoothen. Set aside.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar and garlic in a sauce pan under low heat. Stir until sugar dissolve.
Stir in potato starch mixture slowly and gently to sauce in pan.
Once sauce thickens to desired consistency, turn off heat.
Cool it and store in containers.
In a bowl, add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, mirin and honey.
Mix them evenly together
