Menbaka Fire Ramen

Famous for setting their food ablaze, Mendaka Fire Ramen is now in Singapore, in the heart of Orchard! The Singapore-exclusive dish, Tonkotsu Fire Ramen and other favourites such as signature Shoyu Fire Ramen will be available in their first ever outlet outside of Kyoto. Their fiery flames not only entertains but also creates a smokey broth. No ramen, no life!


Fun fact: The entire experience starts at the bar, where Masamichi will flash instruction cards. There is a no-phone and no-touch bowl policy. Fret not! Hand your phone to the staff and they’ll have your phone tucked safely behind the counter on a selfie stick which will record your entire experience.

Barossa Bar & Grill

Savour Josper oven-grilled dishes at Barossa Bar & Grill!
