Monét is a pandemic baby in the KL cafe scene, opening back in March 2021 and quickly becoming a place of community. With its cozy interior, friendly atmosphere and great coffee to boot, it’s fast becoming the hub for coffee lovers from all over KL, and Monét is open everyday for takeaways and delivery.

Get your caffeine fix with their coffee selection (from RM7) and also non-coffee beverages such as kombucha (RM13), Matcha (RM14) and tea (RM9). Feeling peckish? They also have a small food menu to order from: sandwiches like Dat’s Breakfast Sandwich (RM18), Poor Mans Sandwich (RM10) and Grilled Cheese Beef Bacon (RM12) will hit the spot.

You can also get your favourite breakfast spread with the Can I Get A Platter Please? (RM28). Let’s not stop there –– Monét also has a wide selection of pastries, cakes and desserts (subject to availability) from cream puffs and caneles, to cakes and cruffins.

While you’re at it, munch on their Rice Bowls, pastas and sandwiches –– choose from Beef Dendeng (RM18) or Tempeh 65 (RM12). Neutrals is another new cafe to open up during the lockdown –– although it’s unfortunate that we cannot experience the beautiful sun-washed atmosphere inside the cafe itself, but that’s not gonna stop them from serving us good coffee and delicious eats via pickup and delivery. Coffee starts from RM9, and they also have other beverages to choose from: hot chocolate (RM14 / RM15 with milk), Matcha (RM14 / RM15 for matcha latte), Cold Brew Black / White (RM14 / RM15), and also an array of teas for you to pick to your heart’s delight.

If you’re hungry, try their Ajitsuke Tamago Sando (RM20), the vegetarian Tofu Katsu Sando (RM22) and the Fish Katsu Sando (RM35). The Beef Chizu Hambagu Bento (RM27) with Australian beef Hamburg steak, melty cheddar, Tonkatsu Sauce, pumpkin cubes and Waldorf salad, or the Teriyaki Chicken Patty Bento (RM25) will definitely fill you up.

Treat yourself to their Scone Sando combos like Matcha Scone with mascarpone, matcha cream and fresh strawberries (RM12), or the Lavender Yuzu Scone with mascarpone, blueberry lavender preserve and yuzu sea salt butter (RM12) for a sweet ending after your meal or along with a cup of coffee or tea from Neutrals.

Let your friendly neighbourhood coffee connoisseurs at Coffeeboy Club bring good coffee with a reasonably low price tag and yummy food into your daily routine with their ever-evolving menu guaranteed to leave you wanting more. Choose from Black (RM5), White (RM7), Matcha (RM9) Gula Melaka Latte (RM9) and Espresso & Tonic (RM8), to name a few. While you’re there, do give their signature drinks a try –– Dirty Chai Latte (RM12), Prana Chai Latte (from RM10) and Pandan Cooler (RM6).

They also have their Botol Series, their bottled cold brews in a number of varieties for you to choose from, and even mix and match! Now, let’s talk about the food: Coffeeboy Club is known for being a small, quaint establishment that packs a big punch when it comes to what they serve, and they have a lot on their menu. Dig into their burgers and sandwiches made in-house –– OG Hot Dayum (RM16), GHD (RM16), Make No Mis-Steak (RM30), the Brisket Alley (RM26) and their most recent creation, the vegetarian Buat Gado Sandwich (RM18).

What else do they have? The Staff Meal sriracha fried rice (RM15), Buttermilk Chicken Pasta (RM18) and B-Fast Sandwich (RM10) are some notable few in their arsenal. Oh, did we mention that every Friday & Saturday, they have their own Mexicola menu of tacos, burritos, quesadillas and more.

The good folks at SWTCHBCKCOFFEE may operate from their home grounds during the lockdown, but they will make sure that you get your caffeine fix –– even if they have to go through all the switchbacks on the road (that’s where they got their name) to get there. Order your usual long black (RM7), Cafe Latte (RM10), Matcha Latte (RM12), or try the Caramilk Macchiato (RM15) and Dirty Matcha (RM14) for something a little different.

They just introduced their very own ‘instant coffee bags’ called The SWTCHBAG: easy to store and quick to brew, you can enjoy good quality coffee in the comforts and safety of your own home. Each bag is RM18 and comes with 7 coffee sachets (Brazil & Colombian beans).

On top of that, they also sell pastries and desserts that go well with your cup of coffee –– just ask them what they have for the day!
