A popular Korean dish which features a mix of rice, meat and vegetables, Bibimbap checks all the boxes for a well-balanced meal. Reutens says, "The beautiful array of colours in the vegetables used in this recipe depicts the variety of antioxidants (carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin) in this vibrant dish. Antioxidants protect against cell damage caused by free radicals. This helps to slow down the aging process, fight cancer and reduce inflammation."
